Sheffield Doc/Fest brings the international documentary family together to celebrate the art and business of documentary making for five intense days in November.

Doc/Fest is a film festival, industry session programme and market place, offering pitching opportunities, controversial discussion panels and in-depth filmmaker masterclasses, as well as a wealth of inspirational documentary films from across the globe.

Standard passes are £215 + VAT but Northwest Vision and Media are offering northwest based companies and freelancers a 70% contribution. Making the cost of attendance less than £75!.

Please complete the application form before purchasing your pass to allow us to verify your eligibility for funding. If you have already accessed funding totalling £1000 for training and event attendance from NWV+M in this financial year, you might not be eligible for this support. There number of financial contributions is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The registration deadline approaches! Get registered now to ensure you are listed in our delegate guide – Deadline to be in the delegate guide is 19 OctoberIf you miss this deadline, you can still buy a pass online (if not sold out) up until 28 October, but your details won't appear in the guide.

28 October is the final deadline for all previously advertised pass prices including all discounts. There will be NO EXTENSIONS to this deadline. You may buy a pass on site at the festival from 9am Wed 4 November ... but the price will include an on-site processing fee, so get your pass now and save!

Standard Pass: £215 + VAT (Full festival and Crossover Summit Access)

Crossover Summit Only Pass £150 + VAT (Crossover Summit Access Only)

Concession Pass: £80 + VAT

Your proof of concession status must be valid until 8 November 2009. Please email one of the following forms of proof to registration@sidf.co.uk:

- Full time students: NUS Student Card, University Student Card, International Student Identity Card, Letter from your university verifying student status

- Senior Citizens: Driver’s License, Railcard, Freedom Pass, Passport, Birth Certificate

- Claimants: Letter from The Department of Work and Pensions, on headed paper, signed by a representative, verifying Job Seekers Allowance or Incapacity Benefit status

Members of The D-Word, EDN, Reelisor, Directors UK, DFG, Shooting People and Focal International may be eligible for a discounted registration. This discount is available in limited numbers from each organisation on a first come, first served basis. Doc/Fest is unable to answer queries regarding this discount - you must refer to the relevant organisation's website or e-news bulletins for details.

All passes are personal and not transferable. Refunds are no longer available

At the festival, on-site registration pricing is as follows:

Standard full pass £265 inc VAT

Concession Pass giving access to the whole programme £110 inc VAT, proof of status required

A limited number of day passes will be available at £170 inc VAT
